Shared Branch and ATM Network – Use thousands of branches and surcharge-free ATMs wherever you see CO-OP logos.
Your credit union membership gives you convenient access to your accounts event when you’re nowhere near your home branch. And CO-OP logos make it easier than ever to recognize all the possibilities from coast to coast. You’ll find nearly 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide, including places you may shop, such as 7-11 and Costco.
At more than 5,600 branches you can get person-to-person assistance with your accounts as well as make deposits, transfers and account inquiries. Finding the nearest branch or surcharge-free ATM is easy with our locator tool at
How it works: When you go to a shared branch to conduct a transaction, it would be very similar if you walked in to one of Interior FCU’s home branches. You would explain to the teller you are a member of the Interior Federal Credit Union, and that you would like to make a transaction. From there, they can access a shared network to process your transaction at our Credit Union. You have access to your information and to cash just as you would from us. 
Through this Network, our members have access to MORE Branch Locations and ATMs than most of the National Banks!

Interior FCU Digital Defense Award

Interior Federal Credit Union won Digital Defense's 2018 Best Overall Network Security Program (Small Network Division) Award. On May 28th, 2019, Mike Merryman, our President/CEO, was presented the award for the Credit Union's outstanding accomplishment. Summer Grocery Double Member Rewards
We want to thank our Rewards Cardholders. You are eligible for double member rewards points on grocery purchases June 1st – July 31st. Your points can be redeemed for cash back, concerts, excursions, donations to charities, and more.

Make Loan Payments from External Accounts! 

Did you ever want to make a loan payment from your checking account at another financial institution? And you need to do that quickly so your payment won't be late? Well, now we offer External Loan Payment capability by using your debit card from that other institution. 

 Log in to Online or Mobile banking, select move money, external loan payment and enter the appropriate information. There is a fee for this service due to interchange fees to process through Visa or Mastercard.

IRAs can be tricky, but we want to simplify them for you. Did you know that you have the option to move your money between IRAs with either a transfer or a rollover? With both transactions, you are moving money between two different IRAs and they can be at different financial institutions.

When asking to conduct a transfer, you would instruct your financial organization to move the money DIRECTLY to another IRA at a different financial organization. In this instance, money never passes through your hands, and you can transfer all or just a portion of your funds as many times as you want.If you are trying to complete a rollover, your financial institution distributes the amount of money you choose from your IRA to you.

Updates to the IFCU Mobile App
You may have noticed an update to our mobile app! We have recently upgraded to version 5.12 and there have been a couple of changes we want to make our members aware of:
  1. You will now have to ability to request your user credentials - In the past it was difficult for users to reset their credentials from the login page. To help reduce calls, we have moved the access point for requesting credentials to the main screen. For users who forgot their credentials, the ability to request a password reset is now visible just above the login button. Also, the term "Recover Credential", is now renamed "Forgot Login", making it self-explanatory and easily understood.
  2. There will be Login Messages of the Day and new ways to read them - When a Login Message of the Day is published, mobile users will see a megaphone icon on their login screen. If you have not yet red the notification, an unread indicator will be present on the icon.

On June 14, 2019 Interior FCU participated in the 6th Annual Great Outdoors Day of Service hosted by the Corps Network. This year the event was held at Theodore Roosevelt Island in Washington D.C. Here, we met the Secretary of the Interior, Secretary David Bernhardt.
