Government Shutdown Assistance

One of the many benefits of being a Credit Union Member is realizing that when times get tough, like during a Government Shutdown, the Credit Union works with you to help ease the pain if we can.  We offer many forms of assistance that many other financial institutions aren’t eager to provide.  

Effective January 10th, members with a signature loan, auto loan, and personal line of credit are eligible to skip a payment with no fee. Members in good standing may also skip a Visa payment without a fee by calling Member Services at 800-914-8619.

Please be advised that we are experiencing extremely high volumes at this time and are working expediently to meet all member needs. A member may contact our main number if they are experiencing extraordinary delays in service. Members should check their email/voice messages for correspondence from our team. We are processing the requests in the order received. Thank you for your interest in our government shutdown assistance loan program.

2019 Board of Directors Election

For the 2019 election for Interior FCU's Board of Directors, there are 3 seats up for election. Members are invited to vote online, by phone, or by requesting a paper ballot through the phone voting system. Elections are open through March 8^th.

Voting is a benefit of Credit Union membership, with every member getting one vote, no matter how much money you have on deposit with us. The Board of Directors is made up of volunteers who are committed professionals meeting monthly to review and monitor Credit Union business.

Our members have the privilege of using any of the Shared Credit Union Branches and ATMs throughout the country surcharge-free! Whether you are visiting family or just traveling for business, we want you to have access to cash when you need it. Simply enter your zip code into the Branch/ATM locator on our Home Page or mobile app, and you’ll find the nearest location to withdraw or deposit cash at an ATM, or drop in to a Credit Union branch to perform that transaction in person. Just tell them you are an Interior FCU member, and they can make the deposit/withdrawal to your account with us. It’s all part of the cooperative nature of credit unions! With over 5,600 shared branches nationwide, that’s more than most of the big banks!
